SUP boarding

SUP boarding (Stand Up Paddleboarding) is a rapidly growing water sport that offers a unique blend of relaxation and body control.

This activity is suitable for all ages and skill levels, and you can enjoy it at the Water Adventure Center on Ahvenlampi or rent a SUP board for your cabin!

In addition to strengthening core muscles, improving balance, and enhancing endurance, paddleboarding allows you to enjoy fresh air and the tranquility of nature, making it a holistic wellness experience.

Additional equipment

Wetsuit rental is 5€/hour (only for short bookings when paddleboarding takes place at Ahvenlampi).
Includes

SUP board, paddle, life jackets, and a brief introduction to equipment usage and technique are included. If desired, you can rent a wetsuit for an additional cost, which will keep you warm well into the autumn!
Location

The SUP board pick-up occurs at Go Vuokatti’s Water Adventure Center. You can paddle on our Ahvenlampi lake or conveniently take the board with you to your cabin! We will provide an introduction to using the board during the pick-up.
