Contact by email and phone
The sites have no contact form. When you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, your message is handled as ordinary email or a phone call. The basis for processing is replying to your message and handling your request. Messages are kept as long as handling the matter requires, and booking-related data for the period required by the Finnish Accounting Act.
Bookings on govuokatti.fi
Activities are booked through the Funbutler booking service (Sweden), which processes booking data on our behalf. When you open the booking calendar from the button, Funbutler's service loads on the page and sets cookies, including Google Analytics cookies that Funbutler has enabled in its own service. Before you press the button the site does not load any Funbutler or Google services.
Escape rooms are booked through the Slotti booking service (Vaasa, Finland), which processes booking data on our behalf. The Slotti calendar loads on the escape room page when you scroll to it and sets only the session cookies the booking needs. It sets no tracking cookies. Payment is made through the Visma Pay payment service.
Bookings and enquiries made by phone, email or WhatsApp are handled in email and in the booking system and kept as long as handling the booking and bookkeeping require.
Visitor statistics
The sites use Vercel Web Analytics (Vercel Inc., United States). It sets no cookies and stores no identifiers that single you out. The statistics show page views, country and device type at a coarse level.
Site technology
The sites run on Vercel's servers and the content comes from the Sanity service (Sanity AS, Norway). Neither receives anything from a visitor beyond ordinary web traffic, that is the IP address and browser details, which the providers process to deliver and secure the service.
Cookies
The sites themselves set no cookies. Only the booking calendars set cookies: the Funbutler calendar, which loads only when you press the button, and the Slotti calendar for escape rooms, which sets only the session cookies the booking needs.
Disclosure and transfers
Data is not sold or disclosed for marketing. Funbutler, Slotti, Vercel and Sanity process data on our behalf. Transfers outside the EU rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, to which Vercel is certified, or on the EU standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and request deletion of your data and to object to processing. Send requests to myynti@govuokatti.fi. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
