Stand up paddleboarding suits every age and every level. It strengthens the core, improves balance and builds stamina, and you get fresh air and quiet water at the same time.
You can paddle on Ahvenuksenlampi at the Water Experience Centre, or hire a board and take it with you to a cabin.
What the hire includes
A board, a paddle, a buoyancy aid and a short briefing on the equipment and the technique. The briefing happens when you collect the board.
A wetsuit is available for an extra charge. It keeps you warm well into autumn, and can be hired for short bookings when you paddle on Ahvenuksenlampi.
